Example: You open an account. For this we need to store and process your personal data to prepare your account. We also put this data in our bookkeeping so that we can send you an invoice.

Purpose of use

• In order to provide you with the best possible service, FastPicker.io needs to store your personal data in certain cases. FastPicker.io uses your personal data for:
• providing access to our website;
• using the functionalities on our website;
• sending a newsletter if you register for it;
• enabling the creation of an account;
• enabling the provision of support;

Description of personal data

For the above purposes, we will process the following personal data about you:

• Company Name
• First name + last name
• Address
• Postal code / ZIP code
• City/Place/Town
• Country
• Email address
• Email address for invoices (optional)
• EU VAT identification number (optional)

Retention periods

Our software stores your personal and company data for as long as you have an account. As soon as you cancel your account, we will delete your data. For our accounting, we keep your data for a longer period of time, namely the period that the government and/or tax authorities or other government institution instructs with regard to our historical obligation to retain this accounting. Within our software for providing support, only your name and e-mail address are stored. If you cancel your account, your account will not be automatically deleted within that software. If you want your data to be deleted, you can submit a request to us for this, then we can delete your data in our administrations and software.

Confidentiality & disclosure to third parties

We treat your personal data confidentially. We do not provide the personal data that we collect via our website to third parties for direct marketing purposes of these parties. Furthermore, we will not provide the information you provide to other parties, unless you have given prior permission for this or we are allowed or required to do so by law.

Parties that have access to your personal data are:

• Analytics and Statistics
  Google Analytics :: Anonymized, so your IP is not stored.

   

• Newsletters
  La Posta :: Name and e-mail if you register.

   

• Support software (ticket system)
  Freshdesk :: If you request support from us via e-mail where your name and e-mail address are stored.

Data Security

FastPicker.io uses careful security procedures to protect the processed data, among other things to prevent unauthorized access to this data unintentionally. In this way we ensure that only the necessary persons have access to your data and that access to your personal data is protected. We work with long passwords that are not stored online. Only authorized persons within our company have access to your personal data and all our employees are covered by a non-disclosure agreement which they have signed.

Cookies

Cookies are used on this website to enable statistics via Google Analytics. We use the anonymized version of Google Analytics where we do not store your IP address.

Delete Cookies

Most cookies have an expiration date. This means that they automatically expire after a certain period and no longer register data from your site visit. You can also choose to manually delete the cookies before the expiration date has passed. For more information about this, you can consult the manual of your browser.

Our internet pages contain links to other websites. This privacy and cookie statement does not apply to third-party websites that are connected to our website by means of links. You may ask FastPicker.io to view the data stored about you. You can also request FastPicker.io to change, move, supplement or delete this information. You can do this by contacting us via the e-mail form, sending us an e-mail to the e-mail address stated on our contact page, or by otherwise informing us in writing. We do not accept requests by telephone because this is too error-prone. We may ask you to identify yourself because we want to make sure we are dealing with the right person.

• Right of access: you have the right to inspect which personal data we have collected from you;
• Right to data portability: you have the right to receive your data in a file so that you can do what you want with it;
• Right to correction: you have the right to change or have changed data after inspection, insofar as this is not yet possible after logging in;
• Right to erasure: you have the right to be forgotten. After request, we will remove your data from our system. If you have an account with us, this is only possible if you delete your account;

We reserve the right to change this privacy and cookie statement. Changes will be published on our website. It is therefore recommended that you consult this page regularly, so that you are aware of any changes.
