Our software stores your personal and company data for as long as you have an account. As soon as you cancel your account, we will delete your data. For our accounting, we keep your data for a longer period of time, namely the period that the government and/or tax authorities or other government institution instructs with regard to our historical obligation to retain this accounting. Within our software for providing support, only your name and e-mail address are stored. If you cancel your account, your account will not be automatically deleted within that software. If you want your data to be deleted, you can submit a request to us for this, then we can delete your data in our administrations and software.
We treat your personal data confidentially. We do not provide the personal data that we collect via our website to third parties for direct marketing purposes of these parties. Furthermore, we will not provide the information you provide to other parties, unless you have given prior permission for this or we are allowed or required to do so by law.
